Get Ready for Next Year’s Sports with Our Sports Physical Day at OrthoArizona!
Cicero Prep is excited to host a Sports Physical Day at OrthoArizona on April 19th! Get your physical done now to ensure you're fully prepared for the 2025-2026 sports seasons, and avoid the hassle later.
Pricing:
$20 for a basic sports physical.
$40 for a sports physical, plus assistance with uploading and managing all tasks on Big Teams.
You don’t need to decide which option you prefer until the day of the event.
How to Sign Up: Please be sure to register using the link below to secure your spot. If you have multiple children needing physicals, we kindly ask that you sign up for separate time slots to ensure everything runs smoothly.
